Welcome to BPO Elevator. By accessing or using our platform, browser extensions, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration & Security

To use BPO Elevator, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Platform Usage & Compliance

BPO Elevator provides AI-assisted proposal synthesis, marketplace filters, and sales pipeline management. You agree to use the Service in full compliance with applicable local and international laws, as well as the terms of service of third-party platforms with which you integrate.

  • You shall not use the Service to distribute spam, abusive content, or misleading bids.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and authorizing proposal templates generated by the AI engine.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass rate limits on the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or custom cycle through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period with no termination fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of BPO Elevator. Content, custom prompt templates, and portfolio materials uploaded or configured by you remain your property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPO Elevator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, client contracts, data, or business goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
